西嶼有名的老店,我們過了用餐時間將近兩點才到,店裡依然呈現客滿的狀態。
石鮔排骨湯,是早上逛北辰市場時看了有趣,心裡想著此行非吃不可的曬乾章魚哥,石鮔是澎湖家家戶戶必備的食材之一,吸收日月精華的石鮔就像濃縮高湯塊,入湯熬煮後海味鮮味甜味全部釋放讓湯變得濃厚有層次,排骨湯不再是平常喝到的平凡排骨湯,一口接一口很難停下來。另外點了一盤與木耳扁豆甜椒一起炒的野生小鮑魚,看到野生兩個字很難不點,小鮑魚Q彈有勁,搭上鹹甘醬汁好開胃,主食則是那一大盆澎湖石蚵麵線。
清心飲食店再往裡頭走,可以順道一遊IG打卡勝地九孔瀑布(池西岩瀑),很美、很熱、人好多!
